PROJECT CONCEPT

Each order is planned and tracked by us in the MS project. We assume full responsibility for successfully completing this task within the specified time frame. We report on the progress of the project in the milestones previously coordinated with you.

Projects we supervise typically pass through the following phases:

Project definition / Process definition
The project analysis indicates problems and potentials of the project. Objectives are clarified in respect to their content, costs, extent and duration. A feasibility study is compiled and, if necessary, coordinated with the customer.

Project planning / Process planning
A project team is formed. Tasks are allocated, the workflow planned, schedules, capacities, costs, quality and risk management specified. At the same time, milestones are set, in order to make the project precisely quantifiable and hence determine price and payment modalities.

Project implementation and monitoring
The project is accompanied by continuous checking. Potential faults which only become apparent in then project phase must be rectified. Changes to the plan or corrective measures must be implemented.

Project completion
The project results are presented and all phases reflected in a review. In the case of larger projects, partial results are presented as early as the different project phases.
